charmed by the hotel's details
good variety central location
the breakfast had a good variety of food for veggie lovers and meat lovers. the room, a classic room, was spacious, and the bathroom was grand. i loved the central location to planned events. the amenities were a lovely touch.
the hotel staff didn't address some minor issues. the noise level was high due to thin walls. i was missing bedside sockets.

the gym IS a bonus. that was something.

I found the hotel staff to be helpful. Giovanni assisted with luggage and provided directions in Spanish. The breakfast offered a good variety and the room was clean. The location was convenient as it was near the train station and offered easy access to attractions.
The lights switches in the room do not work except for one. This switch operate all the room lights together including the bathroom, this was very inconvenient.

acceptable location but some issues
street noise used drinking cup
the hotel's location was acceptable since it was close to the train station.
the room was not soundproofed well i could hear a lot of street noise even with the windows closed a used drinking cup was in the room upon arrival it was quite unpleasant the breakfast area was very hectic and felt too warm

poor air conditioning low quality
the location worked out fine since i needed to be near the train station.
the air conditioning didn't work properly and the room was quite hot. i asked about it, but they said it wasn't turned on yet, which seemed odd for the time of year. also, the breakfast was pretty disappointing, the ingredients were of low quality, and the breakfast room was in the basement.
